Brian P. Donnelly is a partner with Farella Braun + Martel LLP's Tax and Family Wealth Group and former chair of the Business Department. He maintains a diverse practice, counseling clients on a wide range of technical and strategic issues involving corporate and partnership tax law for foreign and domestic companies. Mr. Donnelly's clients encompass the real estate, hospitality, technology, energy, wine and agribusiness sectors of the economy. He also has particular expertise in tax issues affecting emerging growth and start-up companies. Mr. Donnelly, also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), served as a Senior Accountant with Ernst & Young and as a tax associate with Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan, both in New York City, prior to joining Farella Braun + Martel in 1995. He received an LL.M. in Tax from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University. He is a member of the California, New York, Illinois and Massachusetts State Bars. He is also admitted to the U.S. Tax Court. www.fbm.com

Mark Goines is a Board Member of the Los Altos School District. He serves on the Board for Credit Interlink, Benefit Street, Nolo Press and BullRun Financial. Previously, Mark was Chief Marketing Officer of PassMark Security, and spent ten years with Intuit, most recently as Senior Vice President & General Manager of the consumer division (Quicken). He also served as Senior Vice President of the company's international division and Vice President & General Manager of the Personal Tax division (TurboTax). Previously, he spent seven years as Vice President, New Products at Charles Schwab & Co. and seven years as Vice President, Consumer Marketing at Crocker Bank. Goines holds B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of California at Berkeley.

Steve Gross spent over four years as Vice President of Corporate Business Development for Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP). He has 20 years experience working with early- and mid-staged enterprise software companies. His focus is on developing and executing global strategic alliance, licensing and channel strategies. Previously, he led business development efforts for Asera, a Kleiner Perkins created company focused on collaborative business processes for commerce and supply chain. Prior to Asera, as VP Business Development, he led the North America launch efforts of Mercado Software, a developer of catalog search technologies. He has also led business development for New Moon Software, a developer of thin-client technologies, and Sqribe Technologies (acquired by Brio), a leading provider of production reporting solutions. He began his career with Infinium Software (formerly Software 2000) a leader in financial, human resources and manufacturing applications, where he spent nine years in a variety of sales, marketing and strategic partner management positions.

Martyn Lewis founded Market-Partners in 1995. Since that time, he has worked with numerous selling teams across a broad range of industries. He has worked with start-ups and industry giants. Prior to Market-Partners he had extensive executive, sales and marketing experience. His positions included President and CEO for Drake International in North America. Prior to Drake, Martyn was with Digital Equipment of Canada for ten years culminating in the position of VP Marketing and Sales Services. Martyn acts as an advisor to a number of executives in the high technology industry and is active on several advisory boards and boards of directors. Susan Magley pursued her professional dream and opened an IT staffing firm in a loft south of Market Street in San Francisco in 1997. Magley & Associates soon became known for its client- and consultant-friendly services, which opened the door to some of the region's largest and most successful companies. Through her strong leadership and careful decision-making, Susan steered Magley & Associates through the dot-com era with its finances and aspirations intact. With its move into new quarters in late 2003, Magley & Associates gained the space it needed to add HR and Marketing to its existing IT staffing services. Stuart McFaul has been in tech marketing and public relations for twenty-six years for a variety of public and privately-held high-tech companies in the hardware, software, networking and telecommunications industries, where he introduced several new technologies and positioned companies for IPO or acquisition. The work he did for Wedge Innovations, a small technology company that developed high-tech hand tools, was selected by the Smithsonian Institution as a role model for introducing complex technologies to a consumer market. Stuart is also a founding partner of Big Picture Productions (www.bigpictureproductions.com), a mass-market television development and production company headquartered in Los Angeles. He also consults in the non-profit sector and sits on the Advisory Board of the India Community Center, the nation's largest East Indian community center. Nic Pearce is the Chairman and Managing Director, instinctif, a marketing consultancy based in Europe and Asia and has over 30 years of worldwide sales & marketing experience. Career highlights include the creative and strategic direction for the launch of Windows 95 and the Pentium II for Intel. Other notable achievements include major marketing initiatives for Acura, Andersen Consulting, Hewlett Packard, McDonald's, Motorola, Nortel Networks and Sun Microsystems. In 2000, Nic joined Converge, a leading high technology marketplace, to lead the product marketing department. He was instrumental in establishing and building six industry leading services that focused on trading and collaboration. Prior to Converge Nic was VP of Marketing for Quovera, a professional services and application services provider. Before joining Quovera he spent five years with Caribiner International, a worldwide marketing and event agency where he served as a Creative Director, in the San Francisco office until being promoted to General Manager in 1998. Starting his career in Australia he worked on various different marketing projects for companies such as LendLease Rank Xerox and Prime Computers. Moving to London he started his own marketing and production company, where his client list included British Airways, British Telecom, Diahatsu, Leyland Daf and Volvo. www.theinstinctif.com
