Anonymous Forms: Evaluations, Surveys
The Unique Identification system is configured to contain as much, or as little, user information as desired. The Unique Identification system is appended with a page number to ensure data processing accuracy. This patented system makes sure that all pages for a single user are processed and that no single page is processed more than once, ensuring data quality.
Completed Forms: Purchase Orders, Document Requests
Data from an electronically generated form is tied to the Reportée Unique Identifier at the time of printing. Completely filled forms are ideal for any form where a signature from a remote sender is required to kick off a workflow process. (patent-pending)
Partially Pre-filled Forms: Fax/Scan Coversheets
When engaging in repeat document exchanges with known senders, where some part of the transaction varies, this patented system contain fields that require completion by the user (i.e. page count of documents sent). Partially pre-filled forms are ideal for fax and scan coversheets and extend the “get and put” functionality of multi-function print devices and fax/email servers.
