Reportée understands that many people are concerned about the privacy of their personal information.

Reportée Privacy Policy

Reportée collects information for our customers with the goal of providing the best service possible. For customers who order products or services for which there is a fee, we collect the information necessary to provide the service. This information is considered proprietary to Reportée and is not shared.

Customers' email addresses may be included in mailing lists relevant to their business with us. Reportée may use these lists to contact people for marketing purposes; however, neither these mailing lists nor the information they contain are ever sold to or shared with other parties.

Reportée is sensitive to customers' dislike of receiving irrelevant email and will be sensitive to that if we choose to send information about our services. Customers are not added to Reportée's list without their knowledge, and, whenever feasible, they may opt out of participating. Exceptions to the option of participating are made when it is operationally necessary to send email to a customer regarding a technical service or software update or other vital matter.

In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Moreover, if Reportée or substantially all of its assets were acquired, customer information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. It is understood that transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Reportée may continue to use personal information as set forth in this policy.
